I can't comment on Active Release for the knee like Sonia suggested, but I have found ART to be really helpful. Give it a whirl!Runner Leanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05920305723750242672noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32536118.post-10466363881310266592007-11-08T05:41:00.000-08:002007-11-08T05:41:00.000-08:00Rest up and feel better! I've had runner's knee in the past and found that Active Release Technique was the best thing on the planet for a quick fix (that stays fixed). It's some BS technique... lol You can check it out on that website: http://www.activerelease.com/

I'm sure someone near you does it....

As for no.2 I can only be jealous... it's dark at 5 p.m. here and COMPLETELY night time by 6 p.m. so the dark running would start for me when it ends for you...

Ok, well get better both on the flu and knee front! I'll see you in Miami!! (even if I have to short my marathon to a half I'm still going...)Soniahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15766375122022031029noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-32536118.post-57506873816554320452007-11-06T13:49:00.000-08:002007-11-06T13:49:00.000-08:00Oh crap.
